Building Regulations

This is where the name 'B REG' derives from. In fact, with more than 15 years experience, RIBA stage 4 is our most skilled services we offer.

Building regulations drawings are detailed drawings that show how your project complies with the technical legislation in the Approved Documents. They are different from structural engineer drawings, which only show the structural calculations of your project. You need to submit your building regulations drawings for Building Control approval before you start your project, unless you use someone registered with a competent person scheme.

Our architectural studio provides a comprehensive Building Regulations service that ensures all regulations are met, so you can rest assured that your project complies with the necessary standards. Our team of experienced professionals are well-versed in the latest regulations and will work with you to ensure your project is compliant and meets all required standards. We’ll make sure every aspect of your project is in line with Building Regulations.

We have intensely invested in Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and knowledge to virtually model any project with real construction elements as they are similarly built, which reduces issues and delays during construction.

Whether you are a Property developer or a private homeowner, our team works effortlessly towards bringing an effective and accurate construction set of drawing.
